How to become a part of INDATEL Services

Welcome to INDATEL Services. Our organization is comprised of Members/Owners and Affiliates. INDATEL Services is a Carrier's Carrier uniquely positioned to provide Carrier Ethernet Services via our network of networks.


Since its inception, INDATEL's focus has been to promote independent telephone companies working together to form and operate statewide fiber optic networks. To become a Member of INDATEL Services your company must, at a minimum, be a state-wide telecommunications network entity, providing telecommunications services to at least the lesser of: (a) three (3) or (b) a majority of, Independent Telephone Companies providing local services within the same state in which the applicant has a physical presence.


INDATEL offers two Affiliate membership levels:

  1. A Facilities-based broadband network provider that does not qualify under the Member guidelines, but promotes the strategic objectives of INDATEL.
  2. A vendor, professional services company, or trade association that provides complimentary products and/or services to INDATEL Members and/or their owners.
