Kelly Dyer

Kelly is a 33 year veteran of the telecommunications industry.  Kelly was hired as the President and CEO of Indiana Fiber Network (IFN) in 2004.  In this position, he was responsible for the establishment of the corporation as well as the development and implementation of the business plan. Prior to this, he worked for Daviess-Martin County Rural Telephone Corporation, dba RTC Communications for 23 years, the last 19 as the Executive VP and General Manager.

Kelly has served on the INDATEL Board of Directors since 2011.
